HEALTH AND SAFETY

The nature of engineering means there are potential risks and dangers attached to it. With a large proportion of our staff often working in technically demanding projects, the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved is therefore of the upmost importance.

By employing a dedicated Health and Safety Manger we ensure all our operatives, drivers and everyone else in the business are given the tools they need to protect their safety, the safety of their co-workers and the general public.

We encourage our staff to speak up and be open about their wellbeing. A large part of their training is instilling the skills and confidence with which to do this; adopting a preventative mindset to hazards by identifying potential risks, discussing health and safety on site, and striving to find the way safest way to operate ensures all steps are taken to avoid accidents.
