All of our recycled aggregates produce high quality secondary aggregates that are in line with Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) Protocols and The Highways Specification for Highway Works 800 series. ECL are also able to crush and screen on site, which saves time in travel, pollution and avoids sending waste material to landfill.

WRAP helps and encourages businesses and public authorities to recycle waste and help the environment by tackling climate change. WRAP provides the Quality Protocol to ensure that the material recycled does not contain hazardous waste and that the recycled material is screened and crushed to a specified grade. WRAP also provides confidence for the end user as the material recycled will be provided as a high quality aggregate.
